TL;DR
- 18+ and US- based to enter
- Starts July 21 at 4:00pm ET and runs through August 7 at 11:59pm ET.
- Free to enter. Best build wins, judged on skill, not luck.
- Sign in and hit Join the Hackathon on the Repositories page before creating your repository — repos created before you register aren't eligible. Then build a video game with Merget and submit your repo link by August 7.
- We'll score every entry out of 100. Using Merget well counts the most.
- More signups means more prizes. Hit 1,000 and we give away 3 subscriptions instead of one.
- Referring friends or posting can only help break a tie. It never changes your score and is never required.
- You keep your code. Winners do a little paperwork, and prizes count as taxable income.
